Dan The Man is 23 As I am!

Seeing the world trending topic today "Dan The Man is 23" makes me smile. Because first, I was just turn 23 yesterday at July 22nd, 2012. Second is because I heart Dan The Man a.k.a Daniel Radcliffe. WELL, actually THE SECOND ONE IS NOT THE POINT. My point is I'm thanking Allah SWT, ALHAMDULILLAH, for every single little and big things he send to me. I know that He really loves me through the happiness and sadness gives to me. Being closer to You is my biggest birthday wishes, Dear Allah. Please show me the way so that I always walks in the line.

Besides yesterday was my birthday, I'm also attending my photography exhibition at Guddang Gallery. It was such an honour to see my photography glued at a place such Guddang Gallery on my birthday. I'm so happy that I'm being the part of Kelas Pagi Jakarta angkatan VI. I'm blessed to meet all people at Kelas Pagi Jakarta.

A birthday is just the first day of another 365-day journey around the sun.

Awkward Feeling

Jujur aku mulai lelah dengan segala basa-basi yang harus aku jalani setiap kali kulongokkan kepalaku pada halaman-halaman blog ini. Adakah kalian benar-benar membaca, atau hanya sekedar menumpang nama dan iklan dengan harapan aku atau komentator lain berkunjung balik? Aku tahu, aku tidak berhak mengatur siapapun yang mampir ke rumahku di dunia maya ini. Setiap orang punya kepentingan berbeda, aku tahu itu. Yang mampu aku lakukan hanyalah berharap, berharap kalian yang mampir ke rumahku sudi mengecap manis pahitnya secangkir teh yang aku hidang.

Syukurlah, awkward feeling yang kerap aku rasakan ketika membaca komen yang tidak "nyambung" dengan apa yang ku tulis selalu terobati dengan komen-komen dari teman-teman yang selalu senang bermain ke mari meskipun aku jarang memiliki waktu untuk mengunjungi balik. Ada banyak teman yang selalu suka bermain ke mari dan benar-benar mengomentari pahit manisnya teh yang kuhidang, ada Colson, Mbak Lidya, Rini, Nathalie, Annisa, Sovathary, dan beberapa teman yang setia bermain ke rumah maya ini setiap kali aku menghidang. Dulu juga ada Inge, tapi sepertinya sejak kelahiran si kecil Inge mulai tidak aktif di dunia blog. 

Tidak banyak yang bisa aku tulis, hanya harapan agar akan ada banyak orang yang tidak hanya sekedar singgah, namun mau meluangkan waktu untuk membaca dan mengomentari sesuai konten dalam artian benar-benar ingin berteman atau mencari pengetahuan di dunia maya ini. Bagi saya, ada banyak hal yang saya dapat ketika blog walking, memang memakan waktu lebih lama untuk membaca, tapi itu sebanding dengan pengetahuan, cerita sedih, galau, humor, dan hal-hal luar biasa yang saya dapat dari blogwalking.

PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO - Kelas Pagi Jakarta #2

Here's my photography for second assignment at Basic Photography Class of Kelas Pagi Jakarta. Mbak Sasha asked us to capture leaves. Playing with composition. Actually capturing leaves is "PR seumur hidup" (we have to capture leaves as long as we live in this world, 'till die assignment). 

Why leaves? Leaves is a simple, small, common thing, in this world. You can find leaves easily anywhere, anytime. At the trees, at the branch, streets, park, garden, yard, bedroom, roof top, wall, and so many others place you can meet 'em. And also colors of them; green leaves, faded green, dark green, yellow, gold, brown, red, and others. Leaves also got so many shapes, pattern, and texture on it. But not so many people really put attention on it. Through leaves Mbak Sa Sha teaches us about sensitivity, how we can see the unseen things by the others and how we connecting our feeling to the objects that captured by us. 

You can try this at home. And feel the differencies!
